Website Privacy Policy

1. What this site collects

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can refuse them — see Your choices.

2. What it does not collect

• No advertising, and no advertising networks or pixels. This site runs no ad tags and is not part of any ad network.
• No accounts and no passwords. There is nothing to sign in to on this website.
• No payment details. Nothing is sold here.
• No precise location.

3. How we use it

• To tell you when FutureMinds is available, and to run the pre-launch beta programme if you ask to join it.
• To understand and improve the website — which pages people read, and where they lose interest.
• To read and, if we publish it, to show your comment with the name you gave. We may reply to you at the address you left.
• To email you about new writing — only if you ticked that box. It is unticked by default, and leaving a comment without ticking it means we will not add you to anything.
• To meet legal obligations where we are required to.

We do not sell your email address, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

That is the whole list. We may also disclose data if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.

5. How long we keep it

Comments. A comment we publish stays on the page until you ask us to take it down. A comment we do not publish is deleted within 90 days. The email address attached to a comment is kept only so we can reply, and is deleted with the comment.

Email addresses submitted through this site are kept until the launch emails have been sent, or until you ask us to remove yours — whichever comes first. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' own retention setting.

6. Children and this website

This website is written for parents, not for children. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child through this site, and there is nothing here for a child to sign up to.

Comments are for adults. You must be 18 or over to leave one, the form says so, and we do not knowingly publish a comment from a child. We also remove anything that identifies a child — a child's name, school, or details that together would point at one — before publishing, or we do not publish it at all. If you believe a child has left a comment here, write to admin@wisesoft.ai and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

Unsubscribe: every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Delete your email address: write to admin@wisesoft.ai and we will remove it.

Take down your comment: write to the same address, tell us which page, and we will remove it and the email address attached to it.

Refuse analytics: block cookies through your browser's privacy settings, use your browser's Do Not Track setting, or use an ad/tracker blocker. The site works normally either way.

8. Your privacy rights (US states)

Several US states give residents rights over their personal data — among them California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia. We extend the rights below to everyone who asks, regardless of where they live, rather than checking your address first.

• Know and access — what we hold about you, and why.
• Correct — fix anything inaccurate.
• Delete — remove your email address and anything else you submitted.
• Portability — receive a copy in a readable format.
• Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising — there is nothing to opt out of. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we run no targeted advertising.
• No retaliation — exercising any of these rights will never degrade your service.

To exercise any of them, email admin@wisesoft.ai. We will confirm receipt and respond as promptly as we can. If we ever have to refuse a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal it — reply to our refusal and a person will re-review it.

Wisesoft.ai is a small company, and most of these laws set size thresholds we are well below. We offer the rights above anyway — not because a statute compels us, but because they are the rights we would want as parents. If that ever changes and a law does apply to us, nothing here gets worse.

9. Where we operate

Wisesoft.ai operates from the United States, and the services behind this site — Formspree, Google Analytics and GitHub Pages — process data in the US. If you browse this site from outside the US, your data is transferred to and processed there.

At launch, the FutureMinds app is offered in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand only, and we expect to add other countries later. This website can be read from anywhere — a page cannot be limited by territory the way an App Store listing can — so this policy covers you wherever you are reading it. The app itself is covered by its own FutureMinds Privacy Policy.

Your local law may give you rights over the email address and form data described above — access, correction, erasure, and a complaint to your national privacy regulator among them. That includes PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25 in Canada, the Australian Privacy Principles, and New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. Email admin@wisesoft.ai to exercise any of them, and we will honour the request regardless of where you live.

The person responsible for the protection of personal information at WISESOFT LLC, and the person who answers grievances, is its sole member, reachable at the same address.

We do not target the European Union or the UK, and this site shows no cookie-consent banner. If that changes, this section and the site's analytics will both need revisiting.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes materially.
