Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Wisesoft.ai ("we," "us") operates this website and is developing FutureMinds, a mobile app that teaches children AI literacy. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@wisesoft.ai.

2. Information we collect

Today, before FutureMinds has launched, this website collects:

• Waitlist signups — the email address you submit through our "Notify me" form, processed via Formspree.
• Site analytics — anonymized usage data (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location from IP) via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are anonymized.

Once the FutureMinds app is available, we expect to additionally collect, from the parent account holder: an email address and password; and, for each child profile the parent creates: a first name or nickname, age, and an optional gender selection used only to choose a color theme. Gameplay data (XP, badges, completed levels) is also stored against the child's profile. This section will be finalized before launch.

3. How we use information

To operate the waitlist and send launch-related emails; to understand and improve the website and app; to operate parent and child accounts within FutureMinds; and to communicate with parents about their account.

4. Children's privacy

FutureMinds is built for children, and only a parent or legal guardian can create an account — children never sign up or log in independently. See our COPPA Compliance Statement for details on how we handle children's data.

5. Third parties we work with

• Formspree — processes waitlist form submissions.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
• Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and data storage for the FutureMinds app.
• AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google) — if an in-app AI feature is enabled, a child's input to that feature is sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site or in the FutureMinds app.

6. Data retention & deletion

You can ask us to delete your waitlist email or (once the app has launched) your parent/child account data at any time by emailing hello@wisesoft.ai.

7. Security

We use industry-standard providers (Firebase Authentication and Firestore) with access rules restricting child data to the authenticated parent account. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

8. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time, and can decline analytics cookies via your browser's privacy settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes materially.
