Which devices does FutureMinds run on?

iPhone and iPad. An Android version is planned after the initial launch — email us if you would like to be told when it arrives.

What ages is it for?

9 to 16. Every question is written twice — once for ages 9 to 12 and once for 13 to 16 — so a child reads the version pitched at them rather than one aimed at the middle. You pick the band when you create your child's profile, using their age.

How do I set it up?

The parent creates the account, then adds a profile for each child. The child signs in to their own profile; the parent area sits behind a parental gate so a child cannot wander into account settings.

How do I add or remove a child profile?

Open the parent area and use the dashboard to add a profile or delete an existing one. Deleting a child profile removes that child's progress with it.

I cannot sign in / I have forgotten my password.

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter the address you signed up with. If that address has an account, a reset link is emailed to it. The link can take a minute to arrive and may land in your spam folder.

If it does not arrive, email admin@wisesoft.ai from that same address and we will help you get back in.

How do I delete my account and everything in it?

You can do it yourself, in the app. Open the parent area, scroll to Delete account, and confirm by entering your password. That removes the parent account, every child profile under it and all associated progress data. It cannot be undone.

If you would rather we did it, email admin@wisesoft.ai and ask. You do not have to give a reason, and we will confirm when it is done.

My child cannot read the questions comfortably.

FutureMinds can read text aloud. The voice is generated on the device by iOS itself — the text is never sent anywhere to be spoken.

Some levels ask my child to speak. Where do those recordings go?

Nowhere. A recording stays on the device for the length of the exercise and is deleted when the level ends, when your child re-records, or when they leave the screen. Recordings are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.

How do I see what my child has actually learned?

The parent area lists what they have covered, level by level, in plain language rather than badge names — so you can see the ideas, not just a score.

Something in a level looks wrong or unfair.

Please tell us — this is the most useful mail we get. Send the quest and level name and what your child ran into. We would rather hear it than have a child quietly conclude they got it wrong.
