By using this website or the FutureMinds app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
This website provides information about Wisesoft.ai and a waitlist signup for our first product, FutureMinds — a mobile app that teaches children AI literacy. Once launched, use of the FutureMinds app itself may be subject to additional in-app terms presented at sign-up.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses FutureMinds, to create a FutureMinds account. Children do not create their own accounts — a parent creates and manages child profiles under their own account.
Submitting your email to our waitlist means we may email you about the FutureMinds launch, early access, and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
FutureMinds is expected to offer a free tier and an optional premium subscription (placeholder pricing: approximately $4.99/month or $39.99/year), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play once the app launches. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your app store account. Final pricing will be confirmed at launch.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another family's account or data, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Wisesoft.ai and FutureMinds names, logos, and app content are owned by Wisesoft.ai. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
This service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisesoft.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms.
