1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or the FutureMinds app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Description of service

Wisesoft.ai makes FutureMinds, a mobile app that teaches children aged 9 to 16 how artificial intelligence works, through quests made up of levels. This website provides information about FutureMinds and a sign-up form for launch notifications and for our pre-launch beta.

FutureMinds is an educational product. It is not a tutoring service, and we do not guarantee any particular learning result.

At launch, FutureMinds is offered in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand only. We expect to add other countries later; until we do, the app is not sold elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits any right your local consumer or privacy law gives you that cannot be waived by agreement.

3. Who can use this service

You must be at least 18 years old, and the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses FutureMinds, to create an account. Children do not create their own accounts — a parent creates and manages child profiles under their own account, and the parent area sits behind a parental gate.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Waitlist, beta and communications

Submitting your email to our waitlist means we may email you about the FutureMinds launch, early access, and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you join the pre-launch beta, you understand that the app is still in development: it may contain errors, content may change, and progress recorded during the beta may not carry over to the released version. Feedback you send us about the app may be used to improve it, without obligation or payment.

5. Free access, Premium and billing

FutureMinds is free to download and opens with 14 days of full Premium access, free, with no payment details required. After that:

• The first quest and the Daily Challenge remain free.
• An optional Premium subscription unlocks every other quest, new quests as they are added, and the parent progress reports.

Premium is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the App Store before you confirm any purchase, and it varies by country — the price you see at the point of purchase is the price that applies.

Payment is charged to your App Store account on confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.

We may change our prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and you will be told before a change takes effect for you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another family's account or data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering the app, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Wisesoft.ai and FutureMinds names, logos, characters (including Nova and Byte), level content, and app code are owned by WISESOFT LLC. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission. Your family may use the app for personal, non-commercial learning.

8. Cancelling and deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: Profile → Parent area → Delete account. This permanently removes the parent account, every child profile under it, and all progress, and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that in your App Store account settings.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WISESOFT LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and WISESOFT LLC agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If you live somewhere whose consumer-protection laws give you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here takes those rights away — this section applies only to the extent your local law allows.

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially.
